  about able2ride
happy to be home - and a bit sad too - starting and finishing our ride in Parramatta Park where Ross had his stroke in 2001 Take a road trip with us as we cycle 18,000km around Australia on our tandem. See the country, meet local heroes and learn about life as a stroke survivor.

After a life threatening brain haemorrhage in 2001, Ross went from being unable to walk, talk or read to be able to ride again with Ann. Now we're fulfilling our dream of seeing Australia on bicycle wheels. People ask if we think we'll succeed. By getting this far, we already have.

We've been on the road now since 28 March 2004 when we left Sydney, and you can follow our daily diary as we travel around Australia. Sign up to our newsletter and we'll tell you the highlights every month or so. Otherwise please visit again soon.
